Residència d'Estudiants l'Estació de Sabadell is a students residence designed for young
students, both males and females. It is located in front of the train station "Can Feu-
Gràcia" (FGC), by which you can reach the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) in
6 minutes, Gimbernat University in 10 minutes and Barcelona city center in 35 minutes. It
is also very well-located for those who study or do other activities in Sabadell and nearby
cities.
The residence works with home automation (domotics) that allows total autonomy for
residents to move around it: the doors work with personal electromagnetic cards and the
main entrance has biometric control.
The rooms are double and have two large wardrobes for clothes, several shelves, two
desks with drawers, a safe box, air conditioner and a mini fridge. In summer or for specific
cases, the rooms can be used as individual. The price of the room includes breakfast and
dinner. Breakfast consists of a free buffet, and dinner includes two courses and dessert
(always to two options to choose from) which is prepared at the moment by a cook in the
kitchen of the residence. Lunch is optional.
