The residence "Le California" is located in La Beauvalle district, near several schools. The buildings are regularly served by public transport. In less than 15 minutes, the bus drops you off in the city center, close to the Faculty of Letters and Law. A supermarket, the Post Office and local shops are within a 5-minute walk. At the entrance to the residence, the "Côté Calif" bar-restaurant offers various formulas for breakfast and lunch. * All the apartments have a kitchenette (hotplates and fridge), and a shower room . The accommodations are fully furnished: bed, table, chair, library, cupboards ... On site, a guard ensures the tranquility of the residence and the proper functioning of equipment. The rates are expressed including charges (excluding electricity, comprehensive insurance and housing tax). The residence qualifies for the Social Housing Allowance (ALS).
