Private housing residence
The private student residence is a residence managed by a private operator, whether independent or a
local or national group. Adapted to the needs of students and located near universities, schools and
transport, private student residences generally offer higher-end services than CROUS and with higher
rates. Students can benefit from housing benefits APL or ALS depending on residences.
The equipment of private residences varies from one building to another, but are generally: laundry, rest room, gym,
caretaker, parking, breakfast, cleaning services ... Several groups intervene in this market. Habitat,
